At Antilia Decor, every artwork is crafted with care and made-to-order just for you. Our shipping process ensures that your pieces arrive safely, securely, and on time.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All products are made to order and require 3–7 business days for production before shipping.

  • Once your artwork is ready, it will be carefully packed and dispatched from our warehouse.

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Time

Domestic (India):

  • Estimated delivery within 4–8 business days from the dispatch date.

3. Shipping Charges

India:

  • ✅ Free standard shipping across India.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.

  • You can track your shipment using the link provided in your confirmation email.

  • If you haven’t received your tracking ID within 7 days of placing the order, please contact us at 📧 contact@antarmandecor.com.

5. Packaging & Handling

  • All artworks are securely packed using protective layering, bubble wrap, and rigid packaging to prevent transit damage.

  • Framed artworks and canvas pieces are shipped in ready-to-hang condition, unless otherwise mentioned.

6. Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to deliver within the stated timeline, delays may occur due to:

  • Natural disasters, strikes, or public holidays

  • Unforeseen courier delays

  • Remote location deliveries

  • Customs clearance for international orders

👉 If your order is delayed beyond the expected time, please contact us and we’ll assist you immediately.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Antilia Decor will not be responsible for:

  • Delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Re-delivery charges in case the package is returned to us due to an address error
