While we take every measure to deliver perfection, we understand that unforeseen issues can arise. Below is our comprehensive Return & Exchange Policy to guide you in such situations.
1. Exchange Policy (For Damaged or Defective Products)
We offer a 7-day exchange guarantee for items that arrive damaged or defective.
To qualify for an exchange:

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at 📧 contact@antarmandecor.com

Provide clear photos of the damaged product along with the original unboxing video

The product must be unused, and in the same condition in which it was received
Important:
In the absence of an unboxing video and photo proof of damage on arrival, we may not be able to approve an exchange request.
Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you through the next steps.
2. Returns & Refunds
Since all our artworks and décor products are made to order, we do not accept returns for reasons such as:

3. Cancellation Policy
We offer a 2-hour cancellation window after an order is placed, applicable in the following cases:

You placed the order by mistake

You selected the wrong size or frame

You wish to make changes before the order goes into production
To cancel your order:

4. Custom / Personalized Orders
Custom artwork, name prints, or personalized décor pieces cannot be cancelled or exchanged once confirmed, unless damaged in transit.
Please double-check all details before confirming a custom order.
5. Color & Texture Disclaimer
Please note that slight variations in:

Framing
may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our products and the screen settings of your device.
These will not be considered defects or reasons for return.
